The StartTime property retrieves the date and time when the offer becomes valid.
Syntax
objCAOffer.StartTime As Date
Parameters
This property takes no parameters.
Error Codes
If the property fails, an error is raised and Err.Number is set to a value other than zero.
Return Values
Returns the start date, as a DATE type. Dates are specified in the local time zone.

This property is read-only.
